Residents from Epping and across the region joined together to celebrate Buffalo Trails Day and to honor museum volunteer Paul Sagaser, who was killed in an accident July 7.
More than 600 people attended the event, according to organizers.
Sagaser, a Tioga native and Epping entrepreneur, worked for the museum for 30 years. He was part of the Buffalo Trails Museum board and helped put together its annual car show in years past. He died when a locomotive struck his motorcycle after it was caught in some train tracks near town.
The 52nd annual Buffalo Trails Day parade paid a special tribute to Sagaser with over 30 vehicles in this year’s car show.
