Listening to Joy Sparks talk about kids failing at school or dropping out, it sounds like her heart’s breaking.
“If we can reach one who’s on the edge, it’s worth it," she said.
That’s why Sparks brought the Choices program to Divide County eighth-graders last week.
“The choices they make right now to get good grades, to set their goals impact the rest of their life, and their ability to achieve those goals.”
