Decked out in their T-shirts bearing the likenesses of Allen and Alice Stromstad, more than half a dozen Stromstads spent Sunday morning cooking and serving breakfast in the kitchen at the Divide County Historical Society’s Pioneer Village.
“We try to get together once a year,” Darlene Stromstad said. “The ‘Bee’ is a good time to do it.”
Besides getting together, the Stromstads’ motivation for getting up early on a Sunday to volunteer is simple.
“It’s for a good cause,” Owen Snyder said.
