Andrew Isaacs, operations manager of the Divide County Ambulance District, has been a busy, busy man since coming on board in late May.

Isaacs is the point man in the ambulance district’s efforts to rebuild the staff after Ambulance Resources, LLC, terminated its contract earlier this year.
That company provided paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs), did all the payroll and human resources functions, filed insurance claims for payments and kept the books.
