Vernon’s funeral service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church , Tioga. Pastor Richard Carr will officiate and burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Tioga. Visitation will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel, Tioga with a family and friends service tat 6 p.m..
