Though Divide County has only recorded a handful of new COVID cases since Christmas, the positive test of a member of the St. Luke’s Care Center staff will require closure of visitation for a time.
Following a positive test, the nursing home must go two weeks without any further positives before visitation resumes.
The good news, said St. Luke’s CEO Jody Nelson, is that communal dining will not be impacted. She’s also glad the news came after Christmas.
