The White Earth Valley Saddle Club Rodeo returns this year, and ticket prices have been reduced to $40 for a weekend pass or $15 per day.
This year the rodeo will feature a lot more competitions for kids.
Board of Directors President John Woodbury said activities for kids in the area are needed, so they added more. These include mutton busting competitions on Friday and Saturday night. Friday’s winner takes the cash pot from the $5 entry fees, and Saturday’s winner will get a belt buckle.
There will be wild sheep milking on Friday night, along with a barrel race and roping competitions using a dummy.
New this year is a steer riding competition for the Roughrider rodeo.
“The rodeo grounds look amazing this year, and everyone is working hard to get it ready,” Woodbury said.
The rodeo events begin on Friday June 10 and run through Sunday.
