Businesses on Tioga’s Main Street are feeling the help of new locations this holiday season, while the lack of snow has kept sales slow for some.
“Sales have been fair,” said Farmer’s Daughter owner Karen Vetsch. “We need some snow to get people in the shopping spirit.”
Vetsch said now that construction is finished on Main Street, and oil production has stabilized, she is learning what to expect year-to-year with sales.
