DC falls in straight sets to Stanley

The Divide County volleyball team (14-14, 4-8 District 16) fell in a three-set match Thursday against Stanley (12-19, 8-4 District 16).
Stanley came out strong with a 25-15 win in the opening set, before defeating DC in the following two 25-20, 25-15.
Setter Makenzie Olson picked up 16 digs in the match to lead the team. McKenzie Hallgren picked up 13 digs of her own during the match. Sierra Grote tallied seven assists.
The Maroons will conclude the regular season Tuesday next week at home against Trenton.
