SOCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
The charge for obituaries and engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements is $40, which includes the use of one photograph. Abbreviated obituaries are available at no charge.

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING
Up to 25 words, $8 per insertion. Extra words, 20 cents ea.
CASH ONLY, minimum billing is $15.

Rates apply for inserts quarter folded up to 4 broadsheet pages (8 page tab). Add $20 per thousand if not quarter folded. Add $10 per thousand for each additional 4 pages of tab size (2 page broadsheet).

SPECIAL SERVICES
a. Proofs provided on all ads received by Monday noon.
b. Tearsheets for display ads will be provided on request.
A handling fee of $1.00 will be added for classified tearsheets.
c. Advertising layout assistance available on ads submitted before Monday noon.

R.O.P MAKEUP REQUIREMENTS
a. Minimum display ad size, 1 column x 2 inches.
b. Ads over 19 1/2" inches long billed for full length of column.

COPY/CONTRACT REGULATIONS
a. We reserve right to insert the word advertising.
b. Liability for errors shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. Correction letters will be provided on request.
c. We reserve right to reject any advertisement.
d. Cancellation deadlines are the same as copy deadlines.
e. Orders accepted with no commitment for space location, although we will consider your requests.

CLOSING TIMES
Order and copy deadline Monday noon week of publication. Monday noon for color or show proof orders. Deadlines advanced to Friday (same times), when Monday holiday occurs.

b. Column width 12 picas (2"), column length 21 1/2".
c. Page size: 13" wide (6 columns) x 21 1/2" long.

a. Official newspaper of Tioga, Ray and Wildrose. Newspaper office located in the Ray Mall, Ray, ND.
b. Coverage area: Saturation of eastern Williams County and parts of Burke and Mountrail counties.
c. Total distribution in market area by Wednesday noon.
d. Circulation total 1,400 (sworn); 1,000 primary market.
e. Subscription rates $34.00 in Williams, Mountrail, Burke and Divide Counties; $42.00 Snowbirds; $50.00 elsewhere; Online edition: $34.00; single copy price $1.00; single copies by mail $3.00.
f. Distribution 80% by mail. 20% by newsstand.
 

ADDITIONAL PUBLICATIONS
A special rate is available for advertisers who wish to place their ads in both The Tioga Tribune and its sister publication, The Journal in Crosby, ND. Place any ad in The Tioga Tribune and run the same ad the same week in The Journal for half price.
